IMyGenie – (I am my Genie), unleashes the Genie or magic that lies within each one of us!

The IMyGenie community seeks to bring out the highest potential in people at large as well as the coaches themselves!

We are a community and practice of coaches, helping humanity at large through subsidised coaching to organisations and individuals, networking events with client organisations, community coaching services, skill and business development for coaches.

For Clients, we offer demo and subsidised coaching through our advocacy to bring coaching to ONE and ALL !

The IMyGenie initiative is currently set up in the Philippines in 2020 under the name of “Coaches Connect”- A pioneering Coaching Co-operative in the Philippines. We are currently setting up in Bengaluru-India.

 To provide a sustainable coaching platform dedicated to bringing about the highest potential in an individual, and the world at large, through our advocacy  of bringing  coaching to ALL, while also achieving professional advancement of coaches.

To establish a socio-business network of coaches that widens coaching reach, advances the professional practice of coaches, and creates a connection between coaches and clients where none has existed before. 

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process of unlocking a person’s best version of themselves. It is not mentoring but rather an evaluative process wherein the coach guides the client to reach their realizations through a one on one conversation.The coach helps the client reach their highest potential in both their personal and professional lives by taking them through a series of questions that help them realize “AHA” (clarifying) moments. These critical, pivotal points, in turn, are instrumental for the client to emerge as a much more self-confident and empowered individual with the ability to make illuminating, transformative choices and decisions.
